the hotel's location was central, in a decent place. the employees were top-class and super friendly.

I came here for 3 nights and had a very pleasant stay. Truly enjoyed the place, it was perfect and worked for me. The location in a downtown area was decent and easy and there were shopping malls and convenience stores nearby. The staff turned out to be top-class.

Comfortable bed in the double room, plus iron/ironing board, a work desk, and television with satellite channels. Lots of OUTSTANDING food.

Conveniently situated near a large ferris wheel, making it easy to get around.

The rooms are soundproof, well-kept, and have good showers, the service is friendly and they offer complimentary parking.

Location and price - can't be beat for staying in/near Capitol Hill. Amenities and furnishings are nothing fancy, but it was clean and quiet. Good value.

Limited parking. If you don't get a spot in the small lot maintained by the motel, you have to fend with street meter parking.

Its not so far from downtown and close to markets, seven eleven and another places to eat... The room is clean and confortable, but really nothing in this hotel is fancy... Not bad to stay there if you dont want to spend a lot of money, it worths this price...

The neighboorhood really scaried me... Many strange people in front of markets in main avenue to hotel, every single day somebody asked for money... I had no problems with violence or pickpockets but because I think because im a man... I dont recomend women walking alone late around the place...

The room was fine. Within walking distance of the Denver Art Museum and 16th St Mall, which was important to us. The neighbourhood is terrible with many derelicts on the streest both day and night. It's right on Colfax and is not particularly dangerous.
